CUTE SHOES ♡

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted something. Since it's still summer, it's not too late to buy cute flats and sandals! Not all of these shoes are for summer, I just picked a few that were cute! I also noticed i gravitate towards black shoes..
I haven't bought from La Moda before but they have really cute shoes and reasonable prices! I almost bought from them but they didn't have any of the ones I wanted in stock for my size :-(. They don't have many different colours to chose from (in my opinion, that's so much better and easier). I love their shoe collection because they're more  "what's in now" if you know what I mean. On the downside to everyone not from the UK,/Europe, shipping is around $16 and you can only order two shoes per package!

Asos kind of gives off a more high fashion/sophisticated vibe to me every time I go on. I bought my jelly shoes from them a while back which are still adorable to me! The selection is really nice and there's a lot to chose from which is nice. They offer free shipping for everyone, anywhere! I really like the white flats in this post too~

I feel like Modcloth is featured everywhere on my blog. I adore everything about them! They mostly have retro/vintage clothing and is really cute to wear anytime of the year. They have free shipping if you spend over $50 and comes with a small gift too! I usually buy my pastel/cuter clothes from them and everything is so nice! You can't really buy anything similar to them anywhere else, it's pretty much one of a kind.

I don't shop from Forever 21 a lot but sometimes they have really cheap knock offs of big brands! Forever is really popular so don't get upset when you see other people with the same thing, someone else will have it~ Anyways, I saw the pastel combat boots and it reminded me of the Doc Martens pastel ones that aren't available anymore! Some of their shoes look pretty classy too but not for everyday wear. Their quality is OK on everything they have basically. They also have really cute socks for around a dollar!

APRIL FAVOURITES ♡

Hey guys! It's been a while and I hope you're all doing well! I just wanted to tell you guys about things I've been loving in April! Quick update: my computer broke down so I haven't been able to do anything for my blog which sucks so much! I don't know when I'll get a new computer but I shall keep ya'll posted on twitter. :~)

These are all/most of the things I'll be talking about! There will be links if any :-)

Since mother nature has been very fickle about the weather in Portland, I still wear a bunch of sweaters! It's either been pouring rain or super hot, mostly rainy though. I got my sweater on sale at Ann Taylor Loft for $15! It was my first purchase from them and it's more for older women haha. Also, I've always thought bras were really uncomfortable to wear all day so I bought some really cute bralettes at Forever21 and I've been wearing them so much. My favourite is the lace bralette because it's really cute and provocative in a sense. They're so much more comfortable to wear, especially for long hours!

I went to the Body Shop and found the all time best face wash I've ever used in my life. It might seem a little extreme to say that but seriously, it works so well! The tea tree wash makes your face feel so refreshed and clean, it's incredible! I got a deal and bought another bottle and the lotion as well. I use Lush's grease lightning on my face after the cleanser and then some of the tea tree lotion to moisturize and soften my skin! I haven't had any bad breakouts and my skin doesn't get very oily! Overall, it makes me feel so clean and I really recommend it because it's just been working so well and they have great products!
I don't go to Sephora very often but I went and bought the Too Faced Primed and Poreless powder. I'm in love with the powder because it's really light and sets my make up for the day. It's pretty expensive but I feel like its worth it and I'll be purchasing it again when I'm out! For my eyebrows, I use Almay's eyeshadow in hot fudge and it was about $5. At first, it was just a quick buy because I needed something to fill my brows in and I didn't realize it was creamy! I apply it with an angled brush and doesn't smear and makes them look more natural. Today, I tried to use it as an eyeshadow but that didn't work out very well. I'm content with using this for a long time until I find something better!

I try to stay away from L'Oreal products as much as I can because they test on animals which makes me really mad! My sister bought their True Match Lumi foundation in porcelain/light ivory but she gave it to me and I do like it! It's very light coverage and doesn't feel heavy throughout the day. It blends really well and matches my skin tone :-)
I'm not sure if Revlon is cruelty free but I have a couple of their products. The photoready primer goes on really smooth and keeps my foundation on throughout the day! It goes on pretty clear and helps cover up my dark circles.
And my last beauty product is the Marc Jacobs concealer in 1/awake. It's quite nice but I don't love it. I use it only for special occasions or when I really need to cover up some imperfections because it's expensive! I apply it with a sponge brush by dabbing it around the areas after applying foundation. It's a cream which I don't like using but does cover up well. After wearing it, I feel like it gets really oily in the spots I used it on and that bothers me a lot. It's still a nice concealer but I'm not very committed to it so I want to try other products!

Here's some swatches of the products! It goes from the primer to the foundation then concealer!

This is after blending them out. I don't know if you can tell but they all go with my skin tone but the concealer does look a bit lighter/pinker.

Okay, I'm always coming back to Aussies 3 minute miracle no matter what... It makes my hair really soft and smooth it's really great. This doesn't last me very long though because I use a lot of product for my hair! There's not much to say about it other than it just works so well.

I finally got a new phone after like 4 years!!! I was really excited :~) I got the iphone 5s in silver/white. I can finally start posting nice instagram photos since I've been M.I.A for a while. I still need to find cute cases though! Also, I've been playing on my DSi a lot now, especially animal crossing wild world! It's basically a substitute because I don't have ACNL :-((

I'm a little obsessed right now and it's really fun! If you haven't played before you should asap yo

For school, we're reading the glass castle by jeannette walls! It's actually interesting. I usually don't like the books we have to read for english but I actually like this one! It's about a girl (the author) growing up and her family is really poor. They constantly move around and her parents have mental illnesses even though it's never revealed but is pretty obvious. I don't want to give away too much but it's been good and I'm basically more than halfway through!

Lastly, I've always loved plants. I keep buying so many, they're everywhere in my room! Most of them are cacti and small things because I have allergies :-( I got this really cool one and I don't know what it's called but it's basically grass and it's from IKEA as well as the pot! Plants are really great and I think everyone should have at least one in their room!

Well, that's it for my April favourties! I hope you guys liked it and I'll post a lot more after I get my computer fixed or a new one! Don't forget to follow me on instagram the link is on the side

♡ UO boots review ♡

Hey babes! I've been eyeing these cute boots from Urban Outfitters for a while! I was going to wear it for my prom outfit (I don't think I'm even going heh) and casually since I adore chunky boots. A couple reviews made me on edge if I wanted them or not but I decided to get them anyways. You can look at the boots here

First off, they run small. I ordered a whole size up and they fit pretty well! They're made of vegan leather and are so cute. I love the ribbed design in the front and the back. The bottom is made of plastic which is really cheap for what I paid for ($80). That's really the most disappointing things about these boots.

The heels are about 2 inches and the platform 1 inch. After a while of walking around in them, they started to hurt but it wasn't a big deal! It's easily paired with most of my clothes so that's a plus! I really do love they style and look of these boots so I'll be wearing them more often. I tried to go online and look for boots that are black and chunky but there weren't many plain ones so I just went with these :-) I'm super happy I got them because they're so lovely!

Overall Rating!
They're cute and stylish but you need to size down a whole size and they're too expensive for the quality! I would look for a cheaper, similar pair unless you really like these!
